This is a recipe that we inherited from Savta Rivka. Brings back warm memories of Pinsker 5.

Ingredients
- Cauliflower (fresh or frozen)
- Eggs ( amount depends on amount of cauliflower)
- Bread crumbs ( enough so that mixture can be made into patties
- Salt
- More breadcrumbs for coating the patties before frying.
- Margarine or butter for frying
Preparation
- Cook cauliflower in salted water till soft. Drain water from califlower in a strainer, till mo water remains on cauliflower.
- In bowl mash cauliflower till well mashed
- Add eggs (2-3) depending on amount of cauliflower used.
- Add salt and breadcrumbs till mixture is able to be formed into patties.
- Form small patties.
- Dip the patties into breadcrumbs, coating both sides.
- Heat margarine or butter in non-stick frying pan. Fry till golden brown, turning over so that both sides are fried.
- Serve
